You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to create an organiser or vendor account or make transactions through the platform.
If you use MyEventsNow on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

We may suspend or close accounts containing false information or involved in fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

- Age restrictions or entry requirements
- Accessibility information, where applicable
- Cancellation and refund conditions
- Any material risks, limitations, or special requirements
MyEventsNow may review, reject, edit, suspend, or remove a listing that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our content standards.
Our review of a listing does not represent an endorsement, guarantee, or verification of the event.
5. Organiser Responsibilities
Event organisers are responsible for:
- Obtaining required licences, permits, insurance, and approvals
- Ensuring the venue is suitable and legally available
- Managing event safety, security, staffing, and accessibility

Vendors are responsible for:
- Delivering services professionally and on time
- Holding required licences, permissions, and insurance
- Complying with applicable laws and safety requirements
- Resolving disputes concerning their services
- Paying applicable taxes and charges
- Protecting customer and organiser information
MyEventsNow does not guarantee the availability, quality, suitability, or performance of an independent vendor.
7. Bookings and Contracts
When a customer books an event or purchases a third-party service, a contract may be formed directly between the customer and the relevant organiser or vendor.
Before completing a booking, customers should review:
- Event or service details
- Total price and fees
- Date, time, and location
- Entry conditions
- Cancellation and refund policy
- Organiser or vendor-specific terms
MyEventsNow may facilitate the transaction but is not automatically a party to the contract between the customer and organiser or vendor.
Booking confirmation is subject to successful payment and availability.
8. Prices, Fees, and Payments
Prices should be displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated. Additional booking, processing, service, tax, or delivery charges will be disclosed before payment where applicable.
Payments may be processed by an independent payment provider. By submitting payment information, you authorise the relevant amount to be charged using your selected payment method.
MyEventsNow may charge customers, organisers, or vendors platform and service fees. Applicable fees will be shown or communicated before the relevant transaction.
Organisers and vendors remain responsible for their own taxes, VAT obligations, and financial reporting.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on:
- The organiser’s or vendor’s published policy
- The type of event or service
- The reason for cancellation
- Applicable UK consumer law
- Any specific terms displayed during booking
Where an event is cancelled or materially changed, the organiser is responsible for notifying customers and providing any legally required refund or alternative.
Platform or booking fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law and where this was disclosed before purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Event Changes
Organisers may sometimes change an event’s schedule, venue, programme, speakers, performers, or other details.
Organisers must notify affected customers of material changes as soon as reasonably possible. Customers may be entitled to a refund where a change is significant under the organiser’s policy or applicable law.
MyEventsNow is not responsible for changes made by independent organisers, but we may assist with communications or dispute resolution.

Users should conduct appropriate checks before making commitments or payments.
20. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
